SUSTAINABILITY

At Flip, we want to do business differently, putting our mission at the core of everything we do. We're working to lessen our footprint by choosing materials made from recycled plastic bottles and investing in renewable energy. As we move forward, we are committed to exclusively using recycled, repurposed, or responsible materials. We acknowledge that protecting the planet goes hand in hand with improving the well-being of our future generations. That is why we are so passionate about #PreservetheIRL and ensuring the beauty we are surrounded by today is still available and accessible for our children and their children.

FABRIC /

Our first capsule offering features Repreve fabric. Repreve is made from post-consumer recycled plastic bottles. Each year, 35B plastic bottles end up in our oceans and landfills. It takes over 1,000 years for each of those bottles to degrade. On average, each Flip garment saves 14 of those bottles, and instead recycles them into fabric.

PROCESS /

We utilize a proprietary printing process that allows two unique prints to be printed on a single layer of fabric. The result is that our garments are completely reversible. In essence, this gives you two garments in one. This means fewer garments to manufacture, fewer garments you need to purchase, fewer garments in your closet, and fewer garments to recycle. 

FOOTPRINT /

Our manufacturing facility is minutes from our Headquarters and distribution center. No ships, planes or trains are required for our supply chain. Currently, we are in the process of applying for Carbon Neutral Certification. Stay tuned!
