How do I check the status of my order?

Customers can visit the order status page to check the progress of their order as it's fulfilled. When updates are made to the order confirmation and shipping statuses, customers will be sent a link to the order status page by email, or SMS text.

The type of notification you receive depends on the contact information you entered at checkout.


How long will it take to receive my order?

  • Order processing may take up to 2 business days to pack and ship.
  • Shipping times may be affected by observed holidays and inclement weather.
  • Expedited and express shipping options not available for PO boxes or APOs.
  • Free shipping is not available for influencers or friends and family orders.
  • Depending on the weight, your package will ship either UPS, USPS or FedEx.
  • Time in transit depends on your distance from our warehouse and could take 1-5 business days.
  • For AK and HI, add 1-2 days additional days to all methods of delivery.


How do I know that my order has shipped?

The order status page updates in real time as the status of the shipment changes. Possible statuses are:

  • Confirmed - after you've created an order, but it hasn’t shipped yet.
  • On its way - the order as fulfilled or partially fulfilled, and the shipment is in transit.
  • Out for delivery - the shipment arrived in your area and will be delivered soon.
  • Delivered - you received your shipment!
  • Attempted delivery - the carrier attempted to deliver the package but was unsuccessful.


How do Flip garments fit?

Our garments are a standard women’s silhouette.  Please refer to our size chart for exact measurements. 


When is my credit card charged?

Your payment method is authorized and charged automatically upon completion of your order.


What is Repreve fabric?

Repreve is a 92% recycled soda bottle / 8% spandex performance fabric.  The breathable material keeps you cool, is quick-drying, and rated UPF 50+.  It is also wrinkle resistant and machine wash & dry.


What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept American Express, MasterCard, Visa, Discover, and Apple Pay. We are unable to split tender by multiple credit cards. We do not accept checks, cash, or money orders. We use PCI compliant, Shopify Payment Solutions for credit card processing, our teams do not have access to your credit card information. 

Please note that if we believe there is any payment fraud, we have the right to refuse or cancel an order, but we have no obligation to confirm the accuracy of any orders placed.
